Terms of the teespoons beta

1. The beta is free. You may install it on your own Macs and use it until 1 December 2026. Then it stops reacting to shortcuts.
2. Later on, I plan to charge for some special spoons that took a lot of work, like Timelapse. Details on pricing will follow.
3. Download the beta only from tee-spoons.com, and don’t pass the file on.
4. It’s a test version and it has bugs. Keep backups of anything important.
5. Liability: the beta is given to you free of charge, as a gift. I am liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for defects only if I concealed them knowingly. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act is not limited.
6. German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply.
